A quick update:
It seems that the "other" Cheaterville story has now been unblocked.
On the assumption that it is one of these stories that was removed by Ovid Eastmond and his Cease and Desist order, it looks like he has totally failed.
Ovid Eastmond is a cheater according to the article.
If he uses a legal order to censor Google, I wonder what else he gets up to?

A quick update on Ovid Eastmond - the guy whom cheats on his girlfriend and his efforts to censor Google:
Sometimes the Google search brings up a result for Ovid Eastmod on Cheaterville (note the spelling). Also, the Chilling Effects notice only cites 1 link as having been removed, whereas it sometimes says 2.
If we perform a search on Bing, however, we get this:

I cannot understand why this is, as the only other post on this blog only mentions Google's own results.
Apart from the concern that Ovid Eastmond is working with the young people of Oldham but hiding something about himself, there is a wider concern about just how easy it is to censor Google results.
Google may "do no Evil", but they seem to do a lot of things that are less than Good...

A friend of a work colleague searched for
the name of an acquaintance:
Ovid
Eastmond.
The Google
search brought up various results. These included citing Ovid Eastmond as a "Youth
Champion" and some bits and bobs about one of his children - Kyle Eastmond.
The top
result was a link to a site which "exposes" people whom have cheated
on their partner/s.
This link
does not always appear, however, although the "Bad Boy Report" about Ovid Eastmond always
does:

I don't
know what he's trying to hide, but in the above links we already have a story
about him cheating on his girlfriend. From some investigation, this appears to
be posted on Cheaterville. This is a site where people whom cheat on their partners have their stories posted. It would seem that somebody thinks that Ovid Eastmond is a cheat.
It
would seem that this is the link he has had removed - but how can we be sure?
This
man works closely with young people in Oldham. What, exactly, is he hiding?
